GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently offer FREE standard postage on orders over $40! 

We have several warehouses located across Australia. Where your order is shipped from will depend on both your location, and also the availability of products in certain warehouses at the time of ordering. If you live in Brisbane for example, this will not automatically mean your order is shipped from Brisbane.  

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To provide our customers with the lowest cost possible, we ship via standard envelope (stamp) postage. With this in mind, you are unable to track. Not to worry if you don't receive your order we can ship you another one.

 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service at this time. We are online only. 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

With the current situation in many locations across Australia, your delivery may take anywhere between 4 days – 12 days to arrive, depending on your location. All Australian residents should expect some delays with delivery due to mandatory self-isolation protocols. 

We’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and thank you for this patience during this difficult time.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

If your order has not been delivered after 3 weeks, it may be lost in transit. Please email help@littlelaughsco.com.au if you believe your item has been lost and we can rectify immediately.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email help@littlelaughsco.com.au within 6 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations outside of this time frame will fall under our standard Refunds & Returns Policy.
