Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS 

Ink-Free Refund Policy

All Ink-Free Print Pad customers are covered under our 7-Day Refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the product you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price, contingent on the return of the product.

Conditions of the Ink-Free Refund Policy

  1. Return postage to be paid by the customer
  2. The product/s must be in their original packaging, with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way during the time that the item is in the customer's possession. The product is deemed to be in the customer's possession until the product is received by us pursuant to this policy.
  3. The customer MUST email help@littlelaughsco.com.au for return approval and return address details.
We will assess the return upon receipt of the item to the address we provide you, and notify you of the outcome within 5-10 business days.  

 

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email help@littlelaughsco.com.au within 6 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations outside this time frame will be subject to our regular returns policy (as follows). 

 

Faulty Item 

We only offer replacements for faulty products. Our replacement policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivered date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a video that would support the issue being reported with your product/s.

If the item is deemed faulty after inspection, you will be sent a replacement item. 

Please note, we only offer replacements for faulty/defective items. 

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your junk email for a refund notification. If you still do not see your refund, please contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you need to return your product, please email help@littlelaughsco.com.au for instructions.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for items lost in transit.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your product/s.

Little Laughs Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Little Laughs Co will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

Little Laughs Co is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
